Have you ever been suffered to create good document in Microsoft word? Then you might be aware that how much time and effort was needed. Making professional document is creative and time consuming thing. Especially when it belongs to private business.

But now days cloud based services are improving day by day. You can make, generate and send documents email very easily with few clicks!

Use Ultradox to create and manage documents on cloud.

To use this service you need at-least one Google account with Google services like Google drive, Gmail and Google App. If you don’t have then click here.



It does not need any sign up process to get in. You can sign in with your existing Google account. It will ask for some permission and then it will directly get integrated with your Google account.

For installation you do not need to do any extra procedure. As Ultradox is cloud base service and does not require any physical space from your personal computer. No installation required at all!

It is highly recommended to add Ultradox to you Google drive to avoid any permission based issues.

Create new document or choose from Template.

After successful login you will automatically get redirected to main page. Where few options will provided either create new document or edit one of provided existing template.

With Ultradox you can create:
  •  Mail Campaign - GMail Contacts: If you want to send out a mail campaign to a bunch of your GMail contacts, pick this option.
  • ·Mail Campaign - GMail Spreadsheet: Do you have a spreadsheet containing contacts? Pick this option to create a nice mail based on either  a Google Doc or HTML source code for each row of your spreadsheet
  • ·Mail Merge - GMail Contacts: If you want to send out letters to a bunch of your GMail contacts, pick this option.
  • ·Mail Merge - GMail Spreadsheet: Do you have a spreadsheet containing contacts? Pick this option to create a document for each row of your spreadsheet
  • ·Google Form: If you want to trigger a mail campaign or a document generation from a Google Form, pick this usecase. You can then access all the data entered in the form in your mailing or documents.
  • Generate Document

Available template formats:

Google Document
You can edit your template right in the browser and use all the goodies of Google Docs like realtime collaboration. The formatting options are limited though.

LibreOffice
Choose LibreOffice if you need pixel-perfect layout. You will have to install LibreOffice on your local machine and to be able to edit the template.

If you do not want to perform a mail merge but create a dynamic document like contracts, invoices etc. this is the right choice.
